1. Piece Count: Typical ranges: 6, 12, 24, 48, 100, 150, 200, 300, 500, 750, 1000, 1500, 2000+. Custom piece counts available.
2. Materials & Thickness: Paperboard: 1.2mm / 1.8mm / 2.2mm / 2.5mm; Card types: coated artboard, recycled board. Flat wood: birch plywood, MDF, printed veneer (3mm–6mm). 3D kits: plywood 2mm–6mm depending on design.
3. Finished Size: Flat puzzles up to 150 × 100 cm. Common finished sizes: 20×14 cm (100pcs), 48×33 cm (300pcs), 70×50 cm (500pcs). 3D kits have variable dimensions — provide target assembled size.
4. Surface Finish & Printing: Gloss, Matte, UV coating, Aqueous coating, Anti-scratch lamination. For wooden items: printed veneer, clear varnish, stain, laser engraving.
5. Piece Shape & Die Options: Standard interlocking shapes, custom die-cut shapes, oversized pieces for children, extra-thick pieces, and laser-cut intricate shapes for decorative/3D parts.
6. Packaging: Retail tuck boxes, full-color sleeve boxes, magnetic closure gift boxes, tins, window boxes, kraft/eco options, foam or cardboard inserts, multi-unit gift sets with shrink-wrap or banding.
